Ways of relieving stress

There are many ways of relieving stress,what's yours?Mine is to go for a jog...Just came back from 8km jog,1 of the longest in my life.It has been the 2nd time that i've jogged for so long;the first time was yesterday.My mind is in still in the state of confusion,shock and depression.Puzzled as to why the break up occured and depressed that it was short-lived.Maybe I tried too hard.

Anyways,I completed the 8km jog in about 50mins.At the end of the jog,I felt like collapsing on the floor and crying my heart out.Told myself I have to be strong.After all,we'll still be friends(hopefully).Still dun't know how long it will take for me to get over it.Really need a break and fortunately chinese new year will be here soon.

Another year passes by without a valentine's day date. =(
