RSAF Open House 2006

Has been quite a while since I last blogged.Is it due to no interest or lack of time?I guess it's both.Anyway,I have ORD-ed and join the jobless society.Yes,you heard that right...i'm jobless!Anybody got any job opportunities?Haha...been searching for around 3 weeks and went through a few interviews but there are'nt any good news till now.There was a interview which left me with a deep impression.The interviewer asked me what I would consider to be my strengths and weaknesses.I took a few moments to ponder my weaknesses but could only manage to think of 1(guess I was a little nervous).Sadly till now,nobody has actually mentioned my strength and weakness to me.=(.Guess i must really ponder what are my strengths and weakness.This was the only intervewer to ask this question.
Back to today's RSAF Open House,saw lots of aircrafts,helicopters & anti-aircraft weapons.It was a hot and humid weather(got a little sun burnt!).You would be asking ain't I sick of aircraft cause i almost face them for 2 years of my national service?I would say that it is a different feeling being a spectator compared to being a technician(DCC).Met quite a number of ex-colleagues of 144sqn.I guess the most awaited event of the open house was the aerial display,where all the aircrafts,helicopters and anti-aircraft vehicles were displayed.There was a mob exercise of aircraft being scrambled.Haha...seeing that brought memories of me marshalling the F5.
