(un)Happy Lunar New Year

This lunar new year has been the worst lunar new year in my 22(23 to be) years of my life.My uncle and his family went overseas while my aunt emigrated to canada.Hence there was'nt any new year atmosphere or mood around this year.Other than that,then there's this personal problem that I still have'nt really managed to let go off :(

On the eve of new year(Chu Xi Wan),did a lot of house cleaning and was very very tired.I went to my aunt's house for steamboat dinner.After steamboat dinner,had a bowl of shark's fin soup.Was surprised that she called me at night(though it was to solve her father's laptop problem...last time since we called each other).

On the first day of the new year(Nian Chu Yi),went to temple with mom to pray.Thereafter,we headed for grandpa's house.Not a lot of relatives around as i've mentioned before and I could'nt feel any new year mood.Stared blankly at tv programmes(much of them repeated/not interesting).

On the second day of new year,zal and farid came to my house to *bai nian*.After they left,went with my mom to my nanny's house to *bai nian*.

Yesterday(3rd day of new year),some of my ns mates(guoping,yunting,lau,nyc,hlt,jimmy) came to my house to *bai nian*.After a while,we went to yunting house(thx for the invitation).We stayed for a while and the rest proceeded to nyc's house(sorry nyc but i promised my friend beforehand),while I went to bin's house.Caught up with bin,xian and their gfs...I'm the only unattached person down there :(.Had steamboat at his house and then we headed to P.S. to catch "ghostrider".Shared my problems with bin and xian on our way to P.S(Thanks for your advise and your listening ears guys).Before our movie,we had ice cream at swensens.We asked for large earthquake but was given a regular 1 -_-".

During these 3 days of new year,we(she and me) never contact each other.Our only form of contact was through sms...but her msges seems to appear after a long while.*Haiz*.As much as I hope to reconcile,there have been lots of unoptimistic views.I'm feeling very pessimistic now.Can there really be friendship after relationship?Does/will she treat me like a close friend?
