Disappointing news =(

Have been some time since i last blogged. Caught up with my bmt mates yesterday at VivoCity and was stunned that 1 of them recently made full payments for his car, a Honda Civic. I'm really impressed as he is still studying and he's able to pay for his school fees on his own. He did'nt strike toto nor was he born with a golden spoon. Don't think you would believe me if I tell you he gets his income from trading magic cards(P.s. and also by trading stocks). Anyway, I'm so envy that he is so self-dependant. It's a dream to own a car at a tender age of 23,not mentioning full payment of the vehicle.

We had dinner at pastamania @ harbourfront then proceeded to VivoCity for window shopping. Another friend sent me home in his dad's vehicle. On our way back,we chatted on many topics such as life in uni.

Back at home, I checked on my SMU online application status and was thoroughly dissapointed. Once again, I suffer the fate of not being accepted. I questioned myself where had gone wrong. I felt my GPA was adequate...even my friend whose GPA was lower than mine got admitted. I did'nt feel I did badly during the interview. Guess I can only look forward to life at SIM, or can I? I'm trying to convince myself that perhaps it's god's will that I'm rejected by SMU for the reason that I will fare much better in SIM than in SMU. Hopefully that will be the case. Guess I must be more determined to do well in SIM and hopefully can score with flying colors.

Ok,will be going for jap classes later and meeting up with guoping,yunting and the rest(dunno who else is going) for ktv session. Till the next time.
