Happenings on the past week...

On wednesday night,met up with yunting and guoping.We had planned to watch soccer(Champions league final) on that night at one of the pubs in orchard.As it was quite a while before the match started,we caught the movie "Blades of Glory" at The Cathay. It was hilarious and I'll give it 4 out of 5 stars. Definately a show that you've got to watch if you're into comedy films. It's about 2 ice skater who initially were enemies and how they finally skated together. We covered the whole orchard road by foot that night. From orchard mrt to cineleisure,then to the Cathay and back to the Balcony(a pub outside Hereen). We've condemned that place because of their service and not to mention their price(but then again...what do you expect when you're in orchard right?).They showed the match but there was'nt any sound! We left during half time as we wanted to search for another place which was screening the match with sound. In the end,we went back home in vain as most of the nearby coffee shops were full or not screening the match.Sadly,my beloved club,Liverpool FC lost that night. :(. Credit to the players as they had managed to go so far.

Took off on thursday. Went down with my aunt to SIM to pay the school fees(need to confirm my place by paying the school fees). What to do as there was'nt any reply from SMU nor NUS as of yet(guess it's 凶多吉少). Before that,we had our lunch at "纸包鸡", aka Union Farm located just beside SIM. They had a unique way of cooking their chicken. Did'nt quite like it and it was pretty costly too!

Friday was definately a bad day. Had an argument with the technical workshop staff in school. Just because I could not help him with some computer stuffs, which I don't even need to, he said that I'm useless and said he would suggest to change a new guy. Upon hearing this, I was freaking pissed! If I did nothing, then what is he doing all the while? I've never seen him do any work at all...all he does in school is loiter around and go for tea breaks etc. He really makes me start to hate indians.

On saturday morning,went for my company's meeting. Received some vouchers(capital mall and takashimaya) which I still have'nt thought of what to purchase. Any great suggestions? After meeting,went to meet up with my air force friends for a game of soccer. In the evening,met up with my air force friends again for "Pirates of the Carribean". Although I've heard of some not so good reviews, I personally enjoyed it,less some parts which I did'nt really understand.
