You only live once!

Had a very bad headache yesterday.I did'nt slept well the night before as I had leg cramps throughout the whole night.No idea why that happened.Went for a jog yesterday morning...only managed to complete 2.5 rounds instead of the intended 4.Guess that was due to my headache...did'nt really felt well.Felt chest pains today...guess my health is really detiorirating =\.
